What size should I order?

We offer a detailed size chart on the product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure or the chart is missing, our customer service team will be happy to assist you personally.

How do I place an order?
  1. Browse through products and select what you want.
  2. Click on “Add to cart”.
  3. View your shopping cart.
  4. Go to “Checkout”.
  5. Enter your details.
  6. Select payment method.
  7. Click “Place Order”.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What payment options do you accept?

PayPal, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

A confirmation email will be sent immediately. Check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, please contact customer service (email address, name, order number).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 30 minutes of ordering by contacting us. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. After that, the return policy applies.

Can I change my order?

Possible if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter the code in the "gift card or voucher code" field during checkout and click "Apply." If you have any problems, please contact us.

Do I pay VAT or is VAT charged?

VAT and any import duties will be collected by the courier upon delivery, depending on the local laws of the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these taxes correctly. LA MODA MIA is not responsible for any additional import charges. An official invoice can be requested from the courier.

What is the delivery time?

Usually 8–12 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are based on weight.

How can I track my order?

Real-time tracking is available on the track-your-order page. You'll receive status updates by email.

What if the tracking shows my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything?
  1. Please check the delivery address.
  2. Find delivery notes or safe place.
  3. Please contact the courier.
  4. Please contact customer service (provide details).
  5. If necessary, submit a claim via courier.
What if the tracking no longer shows updates?

Please wait 3–5 business days for synchronization. Still no updates? Contact us.

I entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been shipped, you will need to request a change of address through the courier (possibly incurring additional costs).

My package was delivered to a collection point. What should I do?

Check the tracking or courier notification for location. Please collect your package within the specified timeframe. Please contact us if you have any questions.

My package has been returned to sender. What now?

Please contact customer service to discuss further steps.

What is the return period?

Within 14 days of receipt.

How can I return my order?

Send an email to customer service with your order number, photos of the item in its original condition, and your reason for returning it. You will receive a return form and instructions.

What is the return address?

Will be sent with the return form.

Are returns free?

No—costs are borne by the customer (approx. $30–50 + $15–20 customs fee, more for heavy items).
